RESERVATION AND AIR WAYBILL (AWB)

When making the reservation, the client must:
(1) Specifically request Positive Flight Specific service.
(2) Declare the type of product being transported. To avoid shipments from being treated as a Standard Product, "Positive Flight Specific" must be written on the handling information box of the Air Waybill (see detail - pdf, 1Mb);
(3) The reference number received at the time of booking must be inserted in the AWB.

Note: LAN CARGO is not responsible for errors in service assignments on the Air Waybill. The shipper is responsible for making sure the correct service information is recorded on all the necessary documentation.
