LAN Cargo Informs Current Operational Status

Miami, FL - March 1, 2010 . LAN Cargo informs all clients that, in accordance with the announcement from Chile's Civil Aviation Authority, the Santiago international airport (SCL) has not returned to normal operations due to the earthquake that struck the central area of the country.
 
As a result, LAN Cargo operations to, from and via the city of Santiago will be resumed upon the re-opening of the airport.
 
Flight operations will continue as usual to all other LAN Cargo's destinations.
 
LAN Cargo, apologizes for any inconvenience experienced as a result of this situation. The airline will continue to provide information and updates about the status of flight operations at the Santiago airport as the information is made available by the Airport Authority in Santiago.
